Criminal Law Section

The Criminal Law Section includes criminal defense attorneys and prosecutors with an interest in criminal law matters.

2025 Criminal Law Section Chair

The Criminal Law Section Chair is appointed by the President of the TPCBA. They are responsible for developing topics of interest to criminal practitioners, both prosecution and defense, and procuring speakers on these subjects. They also attend the monthly Board of Trustees meetings, and the Superior Court Criminal Procedures Committee meetings.
