Becoming a Leader

Your Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association membership offers a variety of leadership opportunities, ranging from chairing or co-chairing sections, committees, and sub-committees to helping your section produce a CLE. They also include leading one of the organization’s volunteer efforts.

If you have ever thought about getting involved in the oversight and governance of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, please consider running for a position on the Board of Trustees. Nominations for board positions take place during the month of December. Elections are held in January. The new Board of Trustees take office in February, after the annual Lincoln Day Banquet.
